Enter your card information and the amount you want to pay.Select the blue arrow to the right of Service Payment Card.Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Review your secure payment information.Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Enter your credit or debit card information.Enter the amount you want to pay in the Your Payment field.Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay.On the Account Summary page in the Billing section, your balance will be listed as the Amount Due. You can also log into My Account or the måricket App by entering your username and password. You will receive a text message shortly with your balance if the information you provided is correct. Simply enter your Cricket phone number on the Quick Pay page and click on the Get my balance button. If you share payment responsibility on your Cricket account, make sure everyone pays on time to avoid service interruptions. If your account is not paid in full by 11:59 pm Central Time on your due date, all lines on your account will be suspended. Multiple people on the account can use Quick Pay to make one-time payments, but can't apply a payment toward a specific line. Quick Pay payments are applied to the overall account, not to a specific line. Can I use Quick Pay For Accounts with Multiple Lines? The credit can be used to pay your monthly service charges on your due date. When you use Quick Pay, the payment is applied to your account as a credit. Set up Quick Pay How are Quick Pay Payments Applied? Quick Pay does not store your payment information for future use. If you want to pay with multiple cards, you'll need to make separate payments. You can pay with a credit, debit, Cricket Refill, or Service Payment Card. To use Quick Pay, select Quick Pay from the top navigation. Quick Pay lets you make a payment for a Cricket account securely online without signing into the account.
